Returns/Refunds -
You will be refunded for the full amount of purchase upon receipt of returned product in original condition within 15 days of receipt of product- return is not acceptable after 30 days. It is the customer's responsibility to request an RMA number. There will be no refund for cost of shipping. In the event that the product is damaged in shipment, please let us
know within 24 hours of receipt. Upon confirmed damage of merchandise credit will be issued.
International Orders:
Orders are shipped via Deutsche Post Global Priority Packet Service. You will be charged based on the weight of your order as calculated using the Deutsche Post shipping rates.
International Shipping Restrictions:
1. We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.
2. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country.
3. If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, the customer is still responsible for any shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to orders returned by customs.
4. Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card, US money order, or personal check drawn on US bank.
5. The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply.
Canadian Orders
All Canadian orders are prioritized and shipped via FedEx International Mail Service (FIMS). Please note that buyer is responsible for any applicable duties, custom fees, and taxes. Canadian shipments usually arrive in just 5-10 days.
